The Center for Business and Technology offers a wide range of web-based courses in the the area of Telecommunications and Telephony.

TIA Certification and Certificate Programs

The Certified in Convergent Network Technologies (CCNT) program is the only vendor-neutral industry-endorsed training and certification program in core convergence technologies and is sponsored by the TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association). The program includes six courses. To obtain the CCNT certificate, candidates must pass all six online tests. CBT offers training either online or as instructor-led programs.
