IT Certification Programs

The Center for Business and Technology has a wide range of both instructor-led and Web-based programs designed to prepare students for the IT industry Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+, Microsoft Certifications, and Cisco Certifications.

The Center for Business and Technology offers contract training for any of our programs to area businesses and organizations.  Employee training programs can be custom-designed to meet the educational needs of the client companies.  Training may consist of existing seminars or a combination of courses.  The Center will also design new seminars and workshops to meet the specific training needs of area employers.  Companies and Individuals can save even more with our Computer Training Club where you can purchase Discounted Vouchers for your Training Needs.

CBT is also home to the leading providers of High Stakes Testing for Industry Certifications and Licenses for Professionals. We offer IT certification exams at least 3 times a weeks in our state of the art labs.

The PC/Network Technician Program at STCC involves 160+ hours of hands-on instruction to prepare for the CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician MCDST) Certifications and an opportunity to participate in real-world internships. The course material goes well beyond the scope of the exams and focuses on preparing the student to be successful as a PC/Network technician. The program covers all the material necessary to pass the CompTIA A+ Certification exams and the Microsoft (MCDST) exams.
