Course Description
Giving feedback effectively is a skill that requires practice to build your skills, your comfort level and a desire to improve. When done correctly and with the right intent, feedback contributes to performance and is invaluable in interpersonal relationships. The process can feel nerve-racking and scary. However, having the right skills and with practice, you can be well prepared for this activity. Giving and receiving feedback is some of the most important communication you can engage in with members of your team and co-workers.
