Creating Workplace Respect

(ZMNG-039)

The Center for Business and Technology (CBT) is very pleased to join with the Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) to offer this workshop designed for both large and small companies.  EANE members should inquire about special discounts.

In today’s work environment, we all deal not only with differences in race, gender and culture, but we also address issues that include differences in communication style, ages, education, values and so much more. To be successful, we must learn how to see opportunities, strengths and potential where today we might just see differences. We must learn to respect each others’ differences in order to communicate, work as a team and achieve success within the workplace. Learn why it is so important to create workplace understanding and respect in your organization and strategies to make it happen.
