Course Description

This program has been designed for those individuals who are already working in the field and have a working knowledge of PCs and Operating Systems.   This is an intensive, 40-hour program to prepare candidates to take the new A+ Essentials exam and the IT Technician Job Role Exam ( candidates must pass the Essentials exam and 1 job role exam in order to be certified).  The textbook  you will receive covers all 3 Job Roles, but the course will focus on and prepare you for the IT Technician Exam (220-602).

Prerequisites:

Working Knowledge of PC's and the Windows Operating Systems

Certification Path: A+ Certification

Core Exam ( Required Exam)

  • Exam: Essentials 220-601 (Required)

Job Role Exams ( One exam required)

  • Exam: IT Technician 220-602 ( Recommended)
  • Exam: Remote Technician 220-603
  • Exam: Depot Technician 220-604
