This 3-week Internet-based course is designed to familiarize participants with recent software programs that can provide free and low-cost phone service using the Internet to other computers as well as land lines and cell phones. Instruction on how to download, install, and use programs from Google, Skype, Orcuk Network, and NCH Vemail will be covered on a CD along with email and voice instruction.
