Here are a few fun facts about cats and what they do.

-Cats spend a lot of time sleeping. Being one of their most favorite activities, cats will sleep 2/3 of their lives away. In fact, most cats are sleeping while you are reading this. I wish I could say that about myself too. In general cats will sleep about 14 to 18 hours a day.

-Cats that have blue eyes are prone to deafness.

-A cat has more  bones then people do. People have 206, and cats have 230 bones! That's why there so flexible.

-Cats have more sensitive hearing then people do.

-Cats like to sit in boxes. (I have found this out with personal research with my own cats)

-When a cat rubs up against you it is marking you with its scent claiming ownership.

-Cats eat fur to help with digestion and any hair in there stomachs.

-Avoid their claws when playing with your cats. They may scratch you.

-When house cats cats are playful they are getting their daily "hunting."

-Cats are extremely loving and caring. If not, they will be in time.

-Cats are great friends. They sit with you when you are upset they stay with you when you are sick and make you feel better.
