XL Productions is a business that does photo shoots for people and makes music videos for music artists and also promotes music artists, actors, actresses, and models. We are a company managed and owned by one person named Jacob Olenick. Jacob Olenick is a teenage boy. He is 16 years old and has always had a passion for music, film, and photography arts. When he turned 15 he started working for a record company named Black Diamond Ent. as a promoter. Then Moe "Mr. 413" Austin manager of Black Diamond Ent. said that he should try to start his own record label and production company. So Jacob did just that. Now that he is 16 he has two companies called XL Records for music artists to sign to, and XL Productions which you know about already. XL production has three people working for them right now and is always looking for more. Those three people are CEO Jacob Olenick, President Moe Austin, and Executive Director Rob Strom. Jacob Olenick does all of the promoting work and paper work though. Jacob Olenick is currently Promoting three people. Those three people are his brother Rob Strom aka RIZ, who raps. and a very big star named Yung Envy who is signed to SOSO DEF Recordings, Island Def jam, and 2 Smuv Ent. Yung Envy is CEO of a well known group called 100 Click and is very famous in the rap game. Jacob Olenick also Promotes Dre Streets who is with HardTop Records and Black Diamond Ent.
