Born in “88”,
Springfield born rapper, Andre Robinson, better known as Dre Streets
has been striving for the path to success. At an early age, he began
to see the importance of doing things on your own by watching his
mom struggle to independently raise four children. Before hooking
up with producer T-Lee, he had been battling people on street corners,
courtyards, and neighborhood parks, a few which were recorded on
video. He finally brought his ever-changing flow, and tenacious
punch lines to the studio to record songs with T-Lee and K.I.R.R.P--.
He understands the importance of making hot songs, not just a bunch
of freestyles on a beat with a hook. He now has reunited with long
time friends to form the musical power-house Hardtop Records. He
has performed in various venues around New England, always managing
to rock the crowd. Something most people may not know is that he
produces a lot of his beats. Dre Streets has an all around game
at a young age. Young talent like this artist is what the industry
needs.
