What is the Internet?
The Internet is difficult to summarize into a few short and simple sentences, because there is so much to it. The Internet is a place where you can obtain knowledge on just about anything - whether it's about a certain book, a cheating guide to that video game that you're stuck on, or just as a simple resource to help you with homework. It's also a place where you can interact with friends - a small step up from the technology of the telephone. However, there are also confusing points about the Internet, as well as its dangers.
What is the purpose of this website?
I am here to provide you with the simplest of guidelines to the basics of the Internet. For those of you who are new to the Internet and all of its wonderful features, I highly recommend that you take a look over this. For those of you who already have knowledge on the Internet, you are free to hammer me down with all of your criticism (see "Can I contact you?" below). I'll accept all of your suggestions on how to improve this website.
